By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by
these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, which outlines how
we collect and handle your data. If you do not agree to these terms, you may

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an
account, using our services, or accessing the Protutor.online platform, you
acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms
and Conditions. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a company or
organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind
that entity to these Terms.

2. Platform
Overview

Protutor.online
is an online course marketplace that provides educators (Instructors) with the
tools to create and deliver educational content in the form of video courses,
live classes, quizzes, assignments, and more. Students can access and purchase
these courses, attend live sessions, or engage in one-on-one tutoring. Our
platform also offers homework help, assignment assistance, and specialized
certifications.

3. User
Eligibility

Age
Requirement: Our platform is intended for users 13 years old and up. If you
are under 14 years old, you must have a parent or guardian complete the
registration process for you. By using our platform, you confirm that you are
either 13 years or older, or you have obtained the necessary consent from a
parent or guardian if under the age of 14.

Account
Creation: You must create an account to use most features on our platform,
such as accessing courses or submitting content. By registering, you agree to
provide accurate and complete information, and to update it if necessary.

4. User
Responsibilities

Account
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
account credentials and ensuring the security of your account. You are also
responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Content
Submission: Instructors are responsible for ensuring that the content they
upload (including text, video, quizzes, and other materials) complies with our
Terms and does not infringe any intellectual property rights.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not
to use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious activities,
including but not limited to:

Fraud,
Scams, and Deceptive Practices: Engaging in fraudulent activities or
misrepresentation, including attempting to deceive or defraud other users or
the platform itself.

Intellectual
Property Infringement: Uploading, sharing, or distributing content that
infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others. Copyrighted content
is strictly prohibited unless it is used for educational purposes and is
properly cited with express permission (“Courtesy of the content owner”). This
content must not be used for profit, commercial purposes, or redistribution.

Malicious
Software: Distributing or uploading viruses, worms, malware, spyware, or
any harmful software that can harm the platform, its users, or their devices.

Harassment,
Abuse, and Hate Speech: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing
behavior, including discriminatory remarks or hate speech based on race,
gender, religion, sexual orientation, nationality, disability, or other
protected characteristics.

Pornographic
or Explicit Content: Uploading, sharing, or promoting pornographic
material, graphic content, or explicit adult content in any form, including
explicit depictions of sexual acts, nudity, or adult services.

Child
Exploitation and Abuse: Any content that exploits or harms children,
including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of child exploitation
or abusive behavior. This is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the
relevant authorities.

Immoral,
Abusive, or Offensive Content: Uploading, sharing, or promoting any content
that is immoral, violent, or offensive, including content promoting or
glorifying violence, harm, or abuse against individuals or groups.

Discrimination
and Intolerance: Content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence
against individuals or groups based on their race, ethnicity, nationality,
religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.

Impersonation:
Pretending to be another individual, organization, or entity, or
misrepresenting your affiliation with any individual or entity, including using
deceptive names, photos, or credentials.

Illegal
Activities: Any content or activity that promotes or involves illegal acts,
such as drug trafficking, human trafficking, theft, or any activities that
violate local, national, or international laws.

Unsolicited
Advertising or Spam: Engaging in spam or unsolicited promotional
activities, including sending mass emails, messages, or promotional materials
that are not solicited by the recipient.

Phishing or
Scamming: Attempting to collect sensitive personal information from users
by deceptive means (e.g., phishing).

Encouraging
Terrorism: Any content that encourages, promotes, or glorifies terrorism or
the use of violence for political, religious, or ideological purposes.

Fake or
Misleading Reviews and Testimonials: Posting false reviews, testimonials,
or ratings to mislead others regarding the quality of content, courses, or
services.

Violating
User Privacy: Sharing, distributing, or publicly disclosing personal
information about other users without their consent.

Unauthorized
Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform, its
servers, or other users' accounts through hacking, phishing, or other means.

6. User
Content

Ownership:
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload on the platform.
However, by uploading or sharing content, you grant Protutor.online a
worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display your content
for the purpose of promoting, marketing, and improving the platform.

Content
Removal: We reserve the right to remove content that violates our Terms and
Conditions or that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or harmful to the
community.

7. Age
Restrictions

Protutor.online
is intended for users 13 years old and up. If you are under the age of 14, you
must have a parent or guardian complete the sign-up process for you and
supervise your use of the platform. Protutor.online is not intended for

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

are governed by the laws of ICC AND LCIA. Any disputes arising out of or
related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [London,
UK], in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of
Commerce (ICC) or the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA),
at the discretion of the initiating party. The arbitration shall be conducted
in English, and the decision rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and
binding.
