tools to create and deliver educational content in the form of video courses,
live classes, quizzes, assignments, and more. Students can access and purchase
these courses, attend live sessions, or engage in one-on-one tutoring. Our
platform also offers homework help, assignment assistance, and specialized
certifications.
3. User
Eligibility
Age
Requirement: Our platform is intended for users 13 years old and up. If you
are under 14 years old, you must have a parent or guardian complete the
registration process for you. By using our platform, you confirm that you are
either 13 years or older, or you have obtained the necessary consent from a
parent or guardian if under the age of 14.
Account
Creation: You must create an account to use most features on our platform,
such as accessing courses or submitting content. By registering, you agree to
provide accurate and complete information, and to update it if necessary.

Responsibilities
Account

Fraud,
Scams, and Deceptive Practices: Engaging in fraudulent activities or
misrepresentation, including attempting to deceive or defraud other users or
the platform itself.
Intellectual
Property Infringement: Uploading, sharing, or distributing content that
infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others. Copyrighted content
is strictly prohibited unless it is used for educational purposes and is
properly cited with express permission (“Courtesy of the content owner”). This
content must not be used for profit, commercial purposes, or redistribution.
Malicious
Software: Distributing or uploading viruses, worms, malware, spyware, or

Violating

However, by uploading or sharing content, you grant Protutor.online a
worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display your content

Content

Commerce (ICC) or the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA),
at the discretion of the initiating party. The arbitration shall be conducted
in English, and the decision rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and
binding.
