These Terms
and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of protutor.online,
a tutor marketplace and learning management system operated by AVIOX TECH
SOLUTIONS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with Registration
Number 1643792, and having its registered office at 71–75 Shelton
Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, UNITED KINGDOM. By accessing or
using the platform, whether as a tutor, learner, or visitor,
you agree to these Terms and our associated Privacy Policy.
You must be
at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
to use our services. You may register an account using an email and password,
or sign in through third-party social login providers such as Google,
Facebook, Microsoft (Hotmail/Outlook), or Instagram. You are solely
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and
all activities under your account.
Tutors are
responsible for uploading original or properly licensed educational content and
must ensure that such content does not violate any third-party intellectual
property rights. Learners are granted a limited, non-transferable license to
access and use the purchased content for personal educational purposes only.
Both tutors and learners are expected to behave respectfully and lawfully. The
use of abusive language, hate speech, threats, or any form of harassment may
lead to account suspension or permanent ban.
All
intellectual property rights related to the platform, including its software,
design, branding, and backend infrastructure, are owned by AVIOX TECH
SOLUTIONS LTD. Tutors retain ownership of their instructional materials but
grant the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host,
distribute, and promote such content as part of their services. Learners do not
gain ownership of course content and may not reproduce or distribute it.
The platform
may charge fees for certain services, and tutors may receive payouts
from course sales or commissions under mutually agreed terms. All prices and
commissions are disclosed transparently prior to enrollment or purchase.
Refunds are processed in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.
Learners are typically eligible for refunds within 14 days of purchase,
provided the course has not been substantially accessed or completed. Refund
requests and cancellation policies must be submitted via our support system at https://support.aviox.net.
We reserve
the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms,
non-payment, illegal activities, or abuse of the platform. Users may request
account deletion at any time. In such cases, data retention will follow the
guidelines outlined in our Privacy Policy.
To the
maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for interruptions in
service, user-generated content, or dissatisfaction with educational outcomes.
Our total liability to any user for claims arising out of or relating to the
use of the platform shall be limited to the amount paid by the user within the
preceding twelve (12) months. We make no guarantees regarding content
accuracy, course effectiveness, or skill acquisition.
These Terms
are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising
from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts
of England. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any
time, and such changes will be communicated via the platform or email.
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
